Every receipt from the POS is matched with footage from the camera above the till. The system spots refunds with no customer, voids and sales without a receipt. You get the disputed moments as short clips.
- 02Store level demand forecasting
The model forecasts demand per item for each pharmacy, taking seasons and promotions into account. Purchasing gets suggested orders. Fewer stockouts on fast movers and less stock reaching expiry.
- 03Queue monitoring
Cameras count people at the tills and measure waiting time. When the queue grows, the store manager gets an alert to open another till. You see peak hours for every location.
- 04Morning report for the owner
Every morning a Telegram summary covers the chain: revenue, refunds, till incidents and queues. No need to log into several systems.
- 05Stock and price answers
A chat agent on the website and in messengers tells customers whether an item is in stock at the nearest pharmacy and what it costs. It does not recommend medicines.
Data and access requirements
- POS integration is read-only: we take receipts through API and never touch fiscal data.
- GDPR for video: cameras are already in place, we do not identify faces and keep only the clips that matter. We help with the DPIA and signage.
- Pharmacy regulation: the agent gives no treatment advice and does not handle prescription medicines.
- Integration with your ERP or inventory system, such as SAP or Odoo, for forecasts and stock levels.

Questions
Do we need new cameras?
Usually not. We connect to existing cameras over RTSP or ONVIF. The camera must see the till area and the counter. During discovery we check viewing angles and video quality for each store type.
How does till reconciliation work?
We take POS events: sale, refund, void, payment. Each event is matched with the footage at the same moment. If no customer is in frame during a refund, you get the clip to review.
What does it cost for a chain?
A turnkey project starts at $5,000. The price depends on the number of stores, cameras and integrations. We usually start with a few pharmacies, compare results and then roll out to the chain.
Can the system make mistakes?
AI sometimes gets it wrong, especially in poor light or with a blocked view. So the system never accuses a cashier. It shows a clip to a person, and a manager decides.
