What hurts
A customer emails a PDF order and someone keys it into the ERP by hand. There are dozens of lines, and the customer uses its own material codes. Errors show up only at shipping.
To learn an order status or stock level, a customer writes to a rep, and the rep searches the ERP. The answer takes hours although the data is already there.
You want AI to work with your ERP, but you worry it will break something. IT will not grant direct database access, and they are right.

How much does an SAP, Odoo or Dynamics integration cost?
From $10,000. ERP projects are heavier than other integrations: more IT approvals, stricter permissions, longer testing. The price depends on the number of scenarios, ERP type and version, and which APIs are available. We give a fixed estimate 2–3 days after discovery, once we have checked the available APIs with your IT team.
Are you an official SAP or Microsoft partner?
No, we are not an official partner of these vendors. We work through their documented APIs, together with your IT team or your ERP integrator. We do not change the ERP configuration itself without approval from whoever owns it.
Is it safe to give AI access to the ERP?
The agent works only through a narrow tool set under a technical user’s permissions. Reads are open within the role; changes go in as drafts or with human approval. Every call is logged.
What are the API limits?
In SAP, available services depend on version and licence. In Odoo, the external API is not available on every plan. Dynamics 365 has service protection limits on request volume. We check all of this during discovery, before the estimate.
How long does it take?
6–12 weeks. The first weeks go to access, approvals and a test environment. Then weekly demos, launch on part of the scenarios, and expansion after reviewing the log.
