Poster POS integration that puts sales, stock and menus into your reports
Poster is a cloud POS widely used by cafes and small retail in Ukraine. We pull receipts, payments, stock and recipes from every location into one database. From there data flows into reports, accounting and video reconciliation.
What hurts
Each location has its own Poster account or its own spots inside one. To see yesterday’s chain revenue, a manager opens the dashboard every morning and copies numbers into a spreadsheet.
Stock in Poster lives on its own. Write offs, inventory counts and purchases are retyped into accounting by hand. The gap between theoretical and actual stock shows up only at stocktaking.
Voided receipts, staff discounts and refunds disappear inside total revenue. The owner suspects losses but cannot point to the shift or the cashier.

Questions
How much does a Poster integration cost?
From $5,000. The price depends on the number of accounts and locations, the directions of exchange and the reports. Exporting sales into a morning report costs less than a two way stock and recipe exchange with accounting. We give a fixed estimate 2–3 days after discovery, once we have seen your Poster accounts and reports.
What if Poster misses a webhook?
Webhooks sometimes get lost or arrive twice. So we check each event by receipt ID, and every night we run a full export for the day and fill gaps. Reports are always built from the database, never from a single message.
Can receipts be checked against cameras?
Yes. That is a separate video analytics service. For a bakery chain under NDA we check every receipt against camera footage. The Poster integration supplies the exact time and contents of each receipt.
What are the Poster API limits?
Not all data is practical to pull in real time, and frequent requests can run into API restrictions. So we do not poll Poster without need: the main flow comes through webhooks, and heavy exports run at night. We check what is available for your accounts during discovery.
What do you need from us?
Owner access to the Poster accounts to create the application, a list of locations and examples of the reports you now build by hand. If accounting exchange is needed, access to a test database of your accounting system.
