AI agent in your CRM and ERP that creates deals, updates statuses and sets tasks
The agent works inside your CRM or ERP like one more team member. It reads calls, emails and requests, fills in records, moves deals through the pipeline and assigns tasks to managers. Everything runs through official APIs, with a log of every change.
What hurts
Your sales team does not keep the CRM up to date. After a call the record is filled in later, or never. A week on, nobody remembers what was agreed with the customer.
Data drifts apart between the CRM, the ERP and accounting. The order lives in one system, the payment in another, stock in a third. Someone copies it across by hand every day and makes mistakes.
You tried rule-based automation, but it breaks on unusual cases. A customer email does not fit the template, and the rule skips it. You need AI integration services that understand text, not only fields.
What we build
- API connection to your CRM and ERP: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Kommo, SAP, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics
- Parsing of calls, emails and requests into structured fields
- Creating and updating deals, contacts, orders and tasks
- Reconciliation between CRM, ERP and accounting with alerts on mismatches
- Rules for what the agent changes alone and what it only suggests
- Scheduled file exchange where a system has no API
- A change log with the option to roll back any agent action
- Tests on real examples from your CRM
What you get
- A working agent connected to your CRM and ERP
- Integration and agent code in your repository
- Documentation of fields, rules and scenarios
- A dashboard of agent changes and cross-system mismatches
- Training for managers on working with agent suggestions
How we measure the result
- Share of records filled by the agent without manager edits
- Number of mismatches between CRM, ERP and accounting
- Time from a call or email to an updated deal
- Number of agent actions rolled back by managers

Questions
Which CRM and ERP systems do you support?
HubSpot, Pipedrive, Kommo, Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics and any system with an API. For systems without an API we set up scheduled file exchange. HubSpot, Pipedrive and Kommo integrations already run on our Happ platform, which shortens the start.
How much does a CRM agent cost?
From $7,000. The price depends on the number of systems, scenarios and fields the agent fills, and on the state of your CRM data. If your CRM is full of duplicates and empty fields, data cleanup becomes a separate line in the estimate. You get a fixed estimate 2–3 days after discovery.
Can the agent damage CRM data?
The risk exists, so we limit it. The agent gets only the permissions it needs, every change is logged and can be rolled back. At first the agent only suggests and a manager confirms. We enable autonomous changes after checking them on real data.
What access do you need?
A test account or sandbox of your CRM and ERP with an API key, a description of fields and pipelines, and sample calls or emails. We sign an NDA and a GDPR DPA before any access. Production keys live only in a secure secrets vault, never in code.
How long does implementation take?
Usually 4–8 weeks. Discovery takes 1–2 weeks, then development with weekly demos. We launch for part of the managers or pipelines first, then for the whole team. After that, support under an SLA and new scenarios as needed.
