Inbound AI voice agent that answers calls 24/7 and books customers into your CRM
The agent picks up on the first ring, day, night and weekends. It answers routine questions, books the customer, creates a lead in your CRM and transfers the call to a person when one is needed.
What hurts
A customer calls at eight in the evening and the office is closed. They do not wait until morning, they call a competitor. The missed call sits in the PBX log and nobody calls back.
Front desk staff answer the same questions all day. Prices, address, opening hours, free slots. While they talk, the second line rings and the caller hangs up.
After a call, the manager does not always update the CRM. A week later nobody knows who called, what they asked or why they did not buy. Recordings exist, but nobody listens to them.

- Call outcome written to your CRM: contact, reason, tags, next step, link to the recording
- Test suite of real caller questions and edge cases, run before every change
- Call analytics in the Happ dashboard: transcripts, call reasons, topics the agent missed

Questions
How much does an inbound AI voice agent cost?
Projects start at $5,000. The price depends on the number of scenarios, how many systems we integrate and how complex booking is, for example live calendar slots. After discovery we give a fixed estimate within 2–3 days. Telephony and call minutes are billed separately, and we estimate them upfront.
Do we need to change numbers or our telephony provider?
No. We connect to your PBX over SIP or through the cloud telephony you already use. Your numbers stay yours. You can give the agent only some lines, for example night hours or overflow when every operator is busy.
What happens when the agent does not understand a caller?
AI sometimes makes mistakes, especially with background noise or strong accents. So the agent asks again, and after a few failed attempts it transfers to an operator. If nobody is available, it takes the number and creates a callback task in the CRM.
What data and access do you need from us?
We need sample call recordings or at least a list of frequent questions, your price list and hours. We also need API access to the CRM and access to the PBX. NDA and DPA are signed before we receive any data, in line with GDPR.
How long does it take to launch?
Usually 4–6 weeks. The first week covers scenarios and the test suite. Then we build the agent and show a demo every week. We launch on part of the calls, compare results with operators and only then hand over the full line.
What happens after launch?
We support the agent under an SLA. Every week we review transcripts and add new questions to the knowledge base and the test suite. Your team can also edit answers in the Happ dashboard without a developer.
