Call analytics that reviews 100% of calls for script, errors and lost deal reasons
The system pulls recordings from your telephony, transcribes them and scores every call against your checklist. Managers see mistakes, customer sentiment and reasons for refusal without listening manually.
What hurts
A sales manager can listen to a handful of calls a week. Everything else is a blind spot. They learn about a problem when the customer has already left.
There is a sales script, but nobody knows whether people follow it. Reps forget to upsell or never state the price. Why a deal fell through is not written anywhere in the CRM.
Recordings sit in the phone system for months. Sending them to a third-party AI service feels risky because of personal data and GDPR. So nobody uses them at all.
What we build
- Automatic import of recordings from your PBX or cloud telephony over SIP or API
- Speech recognition with speaker separation, including mixed languages in one call
- Scoring of every call against your script checklist, with a reason for each score
- Refusal reasons, objections, customer sentiment and churn risk
- Call summary and tags written to the CRM record
- Analysis on our own LLM running on vLLM, so recordings never reach third-party models
- Dashboards by rep, topic and refusal reason
- Morning report in Telegram: what went wrong yesterday and which calls to check
What you get
- Analysis of all new calls set up in the Happ dashboard
- A scoring checklist agreed with your sales or support lead
- Integration with your telephony and CRM
- A quality dashboard and a daily report
- Documentation of criteria and a guide to editing the checklist yourself
How we measure the result
- Share of calls reviewed automatically
- Average checklist score by rep and by week
- Top refusal reasons and how they change
- Share of calls where the rep offered an upsell

Questions
How much does call analytics cost?
Implementation starts at $5,000. The price depends on the number of recording sources, checklist complexity and CRM integration. After launch, call analysis is billed by actual minutes. We give a fixed project estimate in 2–3 days after discovery.
How accurate is the AI scoring?
AI sometimes makes mistakes, especially on poor recordings and noisy lines. So every score comes with a quote from the call as evidence. At the start we compare system scores with your manager’s scores and adjust criteria until they match.
Where do call recordings go?
Transcription and analysis run on our servers with our own LLM. Recordings are not sent to third-party models. We hold ISO/IEC 27001:2022, work under GDPR and sign NDA and DPA before access. Banks and clinics get dedicated servers.
Which phone systems does it work with?
Any PBX or cloud telephony that exposes recordings via SIP or API, plus archive uploads. For CRM we connect HubSpot, Pipedrive, Kommo and custom systems via API.
How soon do we see the first report?
The project takes 3–6 weeks. You see first scores on your real calls in week one. Then we refine the checklist together and connect the CRM and the daily report.
