How much does web platform development cost?
From $10,000. The price depends on the number of roles, integrations and screens, security requirements and whether you want an AI helper. After discovery you get a fixed estimate within 2-3 days. A portal for one role without an AI helper sits close to the lower end.
How long does it take?
Usually 8-16 weeks. We launch one role first, for example customers, on part of the audience. Then we add partners and internal users. You see a demo every week and accept the work in parts.
Will it pass a bank or enterprise security review?
We plan for it from day one: roles, audit log, encryption, two factor sign in, regular dependency updates. We operate under ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and sign a GDPR data processing agreement. Your security team’s requirements go into the estimate, and we go through the review with you.
Which systems can the portal connect to?
Your CRM, ERP such as SAP or Odoo, payment providers, telephony and email. Data flows in automatically, so the customer sees what the account manager sees. For systems without an API we find a workaround and are clear about its limits.
How does the AI helper work?
It answers questions from your knowledge base and the user’s own documents, with a link to the source. When it has no answer, it hands the question to a person. AI sometimes gets things wrong, so it never changes data or makes decisions on its own.
