How much does custom software development cost?
From $15,000. The price depends on the number of roles and processes, integrations with ERP and other systems, security requirements and whether you need a mobile view. After discovery you get a fixed estimate within 2-3 days. Any overrun through our fault is on us.
How long does it take?
Usually 8-20 weeks. We split the system into stages so the first useful module goes live before the rest. You get a demo on a staging environment every week. New modules go to part of the users first, then to everyone.
Can it integrate with SAP, Odoo or Dynamics?
Yes. We connect through the standard APIs or import and export interfaces your ERP supports. We also connect banks, CRMs, e-commerce platforms and telephony. The integration list is fixed in the estimate so there are no surprises.
Where will the system be hosted?
Your choice: your own servers, your own cloud accounts, or a dedicated server we run in the EU (Hetzner, Germany). We sign an NDA and a GDPR data processing agreement before access. We operate under ISO/IEC 27001:2022, certificate No. 4160097.
Why add AI if I just need an operations tool?
AI is optional. We add it only where it saves time: reading invoices and emails, routing requests, searching documents. AI sometimes gets things wrong, so important decisions are shown to a person for confirmation.
Who maintains the system after launch?
We can, under an SLA with a fixed response time. Or your own team takes over: you receive the code, documentation and a knowledge transfer. There is no lock-in, all code and accounts belong to you.
