A dedicated development team with AI experience: a team lead, engineers and QA
A dedicated development team that works only on your product. The team lead owns the process and the result, engineers write code and tests, QA checks every release. Billed monthly, from $10,000 per month.
What hurts
Hiring strong engineers in Poland or the EU takes months. Candidates with production AI experience are rare and expensive. While you search, competitors ship and your roadmap stalls.
Freelancers close individual tickets but do not own the product. There is no code review, no tests, no knowledge transfer. When a person leaves, their understanding of the system leaves too.
Outsourcing agencies often staff juniors and rotate people without warning. A dedicated development team should be stable, and you should see what you pay for every month.
What we build
- A team lead who runs planning and the process and is accountable for quality
- Backend, frontend and mobile engineers matched to your stack
- QA: test plans, automated tests, sign off on every release
- An AI engineer: models, RAG, agents, test suites and cost control
- Sprints, weekly demos and a written progress report
- Code review, CI/CD and documentation as a standard part of the work
- Work inside your tools: repository, issue tracker, chat
What you get
- Code in your repository with IP assigned to you by contract
- A weekly report: done, next, risks
- Architecture documentation kept up to date with the code
- An automated test suite and configured CI/CD
- A knowledge transfer plan if you decide to build an in-house team
How we measure the result
- Releases per month and share of rollbacks
- Time from a ticket to production
- Number of bugs found after release
- Sprint plan completion

Questions
How much does a dedicated team cost?
From $10,000 per month. The price depends on the size and seniority of the team: how many engineers, and whether you need mobile, AI and a separate QA. The team makeup is fixed in the contract and invoiced monthly. You can resize it with an agreed notice period.
How fast can the team start?
After a short discovery where we learn the product, the code and the priorities. The team picks up its first tasks within the first weeks. The term and exit conditions are set in the contract. The first month goes into learning the product, so the team reaches full pace gradually.
Will people on the team change?
We keep the team stable. If a replacement is unavoidable, we warn you in advance, and the outgoing engineer hands over to the new one before leaving. Documentation and code review reduce dependence on any one person.
How do we track the team’s work?
A weekly demo, a written report and an open issue tracker. You see every commit and every task. Quality metrics such as rollbacks and post release bugs are reviewed with you every month.
What about security and code ownership?
We sign an NDA and a GDPR data processing agreement before any access. All code and work product belong to you by contract. Access follows least privilege and is revoked at the end. We operate under ISO/IEC 27001:2022, certificate No. 4160097, as an official VAT registered company.
