Questions
How much does n8n automation cost?
From $5,000 for deployment and the first set of workflows. The price depends on the number of workflows, integrations and availability requirements. The n8n community edition has no licence fee, so you only pay for the server.
n8n or Make?
Make is easy to start with, but it bills per operation and keeps your data in its cloud. n8n can run on your own server, so data stays inside your perimeter. For high volumes and sensitive data under GDPR we recommend n8n.
Can you migrate our Zapier or Make scenarios?
Yes. We move the logic rather than copying nodes one to one. Along the way we remove unnecessary steps and add error handling. Migration happens in stages so your processes never stop.
What are the limits of n8n?
n8n is great for integrations and medium volumes. For long-running processes with thousands of steps and complex state, Temporal is a better fit. If your process is heading there, we will tell you during discovery.
Who maintains the server after launch?
Your team can, using our guide, or we can under an SLA. We test each n8n upgrade on a copy first, restore a backup every month to prove it works and respond to alerts. Admin access always stays with you, and we sign NDA and DPA before access.
