Round-the-clock AI system monitoring with on-call engineers and incident reviews

Your voice agent or video analytics runs at night and at weekends. We alert on everything that can break, keep an engineer on call, and write a review with follow-up actions after every incident. From $1,500 per month.

What hurts

The agent takes calls around the clock, but your team works days. An outage at 2 a.m. shows up only in the morning, after customers were already missed. Nobody can say how many.

There are alerts, but so many that everyone ignores them. A real outage drowns among warnings that mean nothing. The alert channel has been muted for months.

After the incident everything was fixed, but the cause was never written down. A month later it happens again. Nobody remembers how it was fixed last time.

What we build

  • Metrics for services, models, queues and integrations in Prometheus
  • Grafana dashboards for engineers and for management
  • Logs in Loki, searchable by conversation, call or order
  • Alerts on outages, latency, LLM errors and vendor balances running low
  • Noise cleanup: we keep only alerts that need action
  • On-call rotation with escalation via Telegram, Slack and phone
  • A review of every serious incident with cause and actions
  • Runbooks: step by step guides for common failures

What you get

  • Monitoring and alerting your team can access
  • On-call schedule and escalation rules
  • Runbooks for common incidents
  • Incident reviews with causes and actions
  • Monthly availability and incident report

How we measure the result

  • Time from failure to alert and to on-call response
  • Time to recover after an incident
  • Share of alerts that needed action
  • Repeat incidents with the same root cause

Questions

How much does 24/7 monitoring cost?

From $1,500 per month. The price depends on the number of services and integrations, the night response time you need, and whether the on-call engineer may fix issues directly. Monitoring setup in the first month is included.

Who responds to an alert at night?

The on-call engineer on the rota. They get the alert in Telegram or Slack, plus a phone call for critical outages. Response time for each priority is written into the SLA. If the engineer does not acknowledge, the alert escalates.

What tools do you use, and can you use ours?

Our standard stack is Prometheus, Grafana, Loki and Sentry, the same one we use to run the Happ platform. If you already run your own monitoring tools, we plug into them instead of duplicating. We add new tools only when the existing ones fall short.

Do you monitor AI quality, not just servers?

Yes. Beyond outages we track AI metrics: model errors and timeouts, handoff rate to humans, conversation length and token spend. Sudden shifts in these often signal a problem before any error appears in the logs.

What if the failure is on the model or telephony vendor side?

The on-call engineer records it, tells you, and switches to a fallback if one is set up. We can configure a fallback model or our own vLLM in advance, so the system does not depend on a single vendor.
