AI system support under an SLA with fixed response times and monthly reports
AI system support and maintenance under an SLA, from $1,000 per month. We handle incidents, update models and dependencies, and watch your integrations. Response times are written into the contract, and you get a monthly report on how the system performs.
What hurts
The system went live, the vendor closed the project and moved on. Now when the agent starts answering oddly, there is nobody to call. You hear about the problem from your customers.
AI systems break quietly. The model provider ships a new version, the CRM changes its API, a vendor balance runs out. The logs may stay clean while the answers get worse.
Keeping a dedicated engineer for one system is expensive. They get bored or leave, and the knowledge leaves with them. You need support where responsibility is written into a contract.
What we build
- Incident intake through Telegram, email, Slack or your ticket system
- Response and recovery within the times fixed in the SLA
- Model, library and dependency updates checked against the test suite
- Integration checks for CRM, telephony, messengers, SAP or Odoo
- Alerts on errors, latency and LLM vendor balance running low
- Database backups with regular restore tests
- Small prompt and configuration changes within an hours package
- Monthly report: incidents, root causes, changes, recommendations
What you get
- SLA contract with response times and incident priorities
- A direct channel to the on-duty engineer
- System health dashboard your team can access
- Change and incident log with root cause notes
- Monthly report and a work plan for the next month
How we measure the result

Questions
How much does support cost and what drives the price?
From $1,000 per month. The price depends on the number of systems and integrations, the response times you need, and whether you need night and weekend cover. An hours package for small changes is included. We quote an exact figure after a short audit of the system.
What response time do you guarantee?
Response time depends on incident priority and is fixed in the SLA for each level. A critical outage that affects your customers gets the shortest time. Minor questions are handled during business hours. SLA terms, response times and liability are fixed in the contract.
Do you support systems built by another vendor?
Yes. We start with a takeover: code audit, documentation and monitoring setup. That is a separate fixed price service. After it, the system moves to regular monthly support under the SLA.
What access do you need, and how is data protected?
Access to the repository, servers or cloud, logs and integration admin panels. We sign an NDA and a GDPR compliant DPA before we get access. We work under ISO/IEC 27001:2022 processes, issue named accounts and revoke them when the team changes.
What is included and what is billed separately?
Support covers incidents, updates, monitoring and small changes within the hours package. New features, new integrations and larger changes are estimated separately or run through a product development retainer. You approve the estimate before work starts.
