Video analytics on your existing cameras, no hardware replacement

We connect the cameras you already have and teach the system to spot the events that matter to you. You get an alert with a frame in Telegram and a report on yesterday every morning. No new cameras needed.

What hurts

The cameras record all day, but nobody watches. Footage gets opened only after an incident, when it is too late. You pay for a system that notices nothing on its own.

Vendors offer video analytics bundled with new cameras and servers. That is expensive, and your current cameras work fine. Few vendors offer to test the idea on what you already own.

Then there is the data question. Footage from your shop floor or warehouse should not go to a third-party AI service. Under GDPR the analysis has to stay under your control.

What we build

  • Camera audit: RTSP/ONVIF streams, angles, resolution, lighting
  • Connection to your video recorder or individual IP cameras
  • An edge computer with a GPU on site, or processing on our servers
  • Detection models for your events: people, vehicles, machinery, boxes, zones
  • Event rules: what counts as a violation, at what time, in which zone
  • Telegram bot with alerts, frames and a morning report on yesterday
  • Dashboard with sites, cameras and an event log with video
  • Access control: each person sees only their own sites

What you get

  • A working system on your cameras with configured events
  • Telegram bot and dashboard with access for your team
  • Accuracy report measured on your site
  • Documentation: architecture, cameras, event rules, how to add a camera
  • Training for the responsible staff and an SLA for support

How we measure the result

  • Number of events the system caught without anyone reviewing footage
  • Share of events confirmed by a person after checking the frame
  • Time from event to Telegram notification
  • Hours of manual footage review per week, before and after

TaskAt night a guard checked arrivals against a list of bookings, or the gate code was known to everyone.

What we didThe camera reads the plate, the system finds the booking and opens the barrier. No booking, no entry.

Questions

How much does video analytics on our cameras cost?

Projects start at $5,000. The price depends on the number of cameras and sites, the complexity of events, whether you need an edge computer, and integrations with tills or ERP. After the camera audit we give a fixed estimate within 2-3 days. If we exceed it through our fault, we finish at our own cost.

Will our cameras work?

Usually yes. You need an RTSP or ONVIF stream, enough resolution and a clear view of the area where the event happens. Most modern IP cameras and video recorders support this. If a camera points the wrong way or lacks light, we say so during the audit and suggest the cheapest fix, often just turning the camera.

Where does the video go?

Analysis can run on a computer on your premises. Then video never leaves the site, only events and short clips do. If processing runs on our servers, video is not sent to third-party AI services. We hold ISO 27001, and we sign an NDA and a GDPR data processing agreement before access.

How accurate is it?

AI sometimes makes mistakes, so we measure accuracy on your site during the pilot instead of promising a number upfront. Every decision is stored with a frame, so any disputed case is easy to check. Where possible the event comes from a till or sensor and the camera confirms it. Disputed cases are run again.

How long does it take to launch?

Usually 4-8 weeks. First comes the audit and estimate, then setup on one task with weekly demos. We launch on part of the cameras, measure accuracy and only then extend to the whole site. New tasks are added on top of the same system.

What happens after launch?

The system runs under an SLA. We monitor cameras and the edge computer, retrain models when lighting or layout changes, and add new events on request. If a camera drops off the network, you get a Telegram message.
