AI copilot for employees inside their work tools: search, drafts, next steps

The copilot lives where your team already works: in the CRM, Microsoft Teams, Telegram or the browser. It finds answers in your documents, drafts an email or a customer reply and shows the source. The employee always makes the call.

What hurts

New hires spend weeks learning procedures and keep asking colleagues. Experienced staff waste time hunting for the right clause in a manual. Customers get different answers depending on who replies.

Your team already uses public ChatGPT from personal accounts. Customer data and internal documents end up there, and you have no control over it. Banning it does not work, because the tool really helps.

You need an assistant that knows your rules and respects your access rights. It must show where each answer comes from, so it can be checked. And it must never see what the employee is not allowed to see.

What we build

  • Search across policies, knowledge base, email and contracts with source links
  • Drafts of customer replies and emails in your tone of voice
  • CRM hints: what to offer, what to clarify, what the next step is
  • SSO login and permissions mirrored from your systems
  • Integration into Microsoft Teams, Telegram, Google Workspace or a browser extension
  • Model choice: a cloud LLM or our own model on our servers
  • Query log and answer ratings from employees
  • Test cases for typical questions before launch

What you get

  • A working copilot in the chosen tools for a pilot team
  • Connected knowledge sources with automatic updates
  • Roles and permissions agreed with your security team
  • An employee guide and a recorded training session
  • A usage report: what people ask and where the copilot had no answer

How we measure the result

  • Time spent finding answers in internal documents
  • Share of copilot answers rated useful by employees
  • Time for a new hire to start working independently
  • Number of questions where the copilot found no source

Questions

How is this different from a corporate ChatGPT?

The copilot is built into specific work tools and knows your processes. It does more than answer: it suggests the next step in the CRM or drafts a reply. Its access matches the permissions of each employee in your systems.

How much does it cost and what drives the price?

From $7,000 for a pilot with one team. The price depends on the number of knowledge sources, the tools we embed the copilot into and where the model must be hosted. You get a fixed estimate 2–3 days after discovery. Rollout to other teams is estimated separately.

What happens to our data?

Your data is not used to train models. For banks and insurers we deploy our own model on dedicated servers, so queries and documents never reach third-party models. We sign an NDA and a GDPR DPA before access and hold ISO/IEC 27001:2022.

Can the copilot be wrong?

Yes, AI sometimes makes mistakes. That is why every answer links to a document, and the employee sees at once where the answer came from. If there is no source, the copilot says it does not know. We collect such questions and fill the gaps in the knowledge base.

How long does the launch take?

Usually 4–8 weeks. We start with a pilot in one team, then expand. There is a demo every week, so the team tries the copilot before launch and shapes how it works. After launch we provide support under an SLA.
