AI system support, monitoring and evolution under an SLA
Launch is half the job. After it, the system has to stay up, agents have to learn from new cases, and the product has to grow with your business. We take that on under a monthly contract.
This section covers everything after go-live. SLA support, round-the-clock monitoring, agent improvement, takeover of systems built by other vendors, and a retainer for new features. Most services are billed monthly.
It pays off once the system earns money or serves customers. A voice agent failing at night or a broken CRM integration costs more than a month of support. It also makes sense when you have no in-house engineering team.
We run our own Happ platform in production: NestJS, Next.js, a mobile app in the App Store and Google Play, PostgreSQL, Temporal and our own vLLM. We put the same alerts, on-call rotation and test suites on your systems. Response times are fixed in the SLA, and you get a report every month.
