Our intelligent document processing service takes a stream of scans, PDFs and photos, identifies each document type, extracts fields and checks them against your rules. Clean data goes to your system; doubtful items go to an operator.
What hurts
Your inbox receives dozens of document types every day: applications, delivery notes, certificates, claims, emails with attachments. Someone has to open each one, work out what it is and route it. That person is usually too qualified for the job.
Fields are retyped by hand. One wrong digit slips through and nobody notices for a week. There is no capacity to check every document twice.
Off-the-shelf OCR reads text but does not understand your business rules. It does not know that an invoice total must match the purchase order or that a date cannot be in the future. So the manual work stays.

How much does IDP cost and what drives the price?
Projects start at $7,000. The price depends on the number of document types, field complexity, handwriting and the number of systems we integrate with. After discovery on your samples we give a fixed estimate within 2–3 days.
What do you need from us to start?
A sample of real documents for each type, ideally a few dozen. The validation rules your staff apply today, even if they are only in their heads. And access to a test environment of the system that receives the data.
What happens when the AI gets it wrong?
AI does make mistakes, especially on poor scans and handwriting. That is why every field has a confidence score. Below the threshold the document goes to an operator, and corrections are fed back to improve the model.
Do our documents go to third-party models?
Not unless you choose that. We run our own LLM on vLLM on our servers or deploy inside your environment. NDA and DPA are signed before access, and we hold ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certificate No. 4160097.
How long does implementation take?
Usually 5–8 weeks. Discovery takes 1–2 weeks, then build with weekly demos. We launch on part of the flow first, compare against manual processing, and only then switch the full volume.
