AI contract review that flags risky clauses, template deviations and key dates
AI contract review for legal and procurement teams. The system compares a counterparty draft with your template and playbook, flags risky clauses and extracts deadlines, penalties and obligations. Your lawyer makes the final call.
What hurts
Your lawyer receives a 40-page counterparty contract and needs it reviewed by tonight. Most of it is boilerplate, but every clause has to be read to find the dangerous edits. The queue slows down both sales and purchasing.
The other side quietly changes payment terms, liability caps or jurisdiction. It is easy to miss across several redlines. Later that change costs real money.
After signing, nobody tracks deadlines and obligations. Renewals, late payment penalties and notice dates are buried in PDFs. People remember them when it is too late.

- Redline comparison: exactly what the counterparty changed between versions
- Playbook checks: liability, payment, governing law, confidentiality, data protection
- Plain-language risk explanation for each clause with a link to the text
- Suggested fallback wording from your library of approved clauses
- Extraction of dates, amounts, penalties and obligations into a register
- Reminders for key dates by email, Teams or Telegram

Questions
How much does AI contract review cost?
From $7,000. The price depends on the number of contract types, the depth of your playbook, document languages and integrations such as Microsoft 365 or a Word add-in. We give a fixed estimate within 2–3 days after discovery.
Can AI replace a lawyer?
No. AI sometimes makes mistakes or misses context, so the system prepares a review and your lawyer decides. Every flagged risk links to the exact clause, so your lawyer checks the finding and that clause instead of rereading the whole contract.
What do you need from us?
Your contract templates, a list of unacceptable terms and some already reviewed contracts with lawyer comments. That is enough to configure the playbook and measure quality on real documents.
Is it safe to upload contracts?
Contracts are processed by our own LLM on our servers or yours. Texts are not sent to third-party models. NDA and DPA come before access, and processing follows ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and GDPR requirements.
Which languages are supported?
English, Polish and Ukrainian, including bilingual contracts. We test quality for each language separately on your samples before launch, so you know where the system is strong.
