One search box for the whole company. It searches by meaning, not only by keywords, across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, your CRM and file servers, and shows only what each person is allowed to see.
What hurts
The approval email is in someone’s inbox, the contract in a shared folder, the client history in the CRM. To get the full picture, a manager opens five systems. Half the time they do not know where to look.
Keyword search only finds exact words. If the document says “acceptance certificate” and you type “signed handover”, you get nothing. Scans and email attachments are invisible to it.
When someone leaves, their knowledge stays in a mailbox and a drive nobody opens. A year later the same problems are solved from scratch.

How much does enterprise search cost?
From $8,000. The main drivers are the number of sources, mail and file volume, share of scans and permission complexity. After a 1-2 week discovery we give a fixed estimate within 2-3 days.
Could an employee see someone else’s mail?
No. Search checks permissions on every document and message the same way Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 does. If a person cannot open a file in the source, they will not see it in search either. Every query is logged.
Where is the index stored?
On our servers or on a server dedicated to you. Semantic search and summaries run on our own model on vLLM, so data does not reach third party models. We hold ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and sign a GDPR DPA.
Which systems can you connect?
Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, file servers, your internal wiki, HubSpot, Pipedrive and Kommo. SAP or Odoo documents and other systems connect through an API or exports. We fix the list during discovery.
What happens after launch?
We support search under an SLA: monitor index refresh, add sources and review queries that return nothing. That shows where the company lacks documentation.
