A lawyer asks: “which lease agreements have an early termination penalty above three monthly payments?”. The system finds the clauses across your contract archive and the regulations, and shows the exact quote with the clause number.
What hurts
The contract archive holds thousands of files, many of them signed scans. To find every contract with a given term, a lawyer opens each one by hand. Reviewing a portfolio before an audit takes weeks.
Regulations keep changing, from EU directives to local supervisory rules. Tracking which active contracts a new rule affects is hard. The mistake surfaces only when a claim arrives.
Public ChatGPT is not an option for this work. Contracts hold trade secrets and personal data. The model may also invent a clause that is not there, while a lawyer needs an exact quote.

Questions
How much does AI contract search cost?
From $8,000. The price depends on archive size, share of scans, the number of contract types and whether regulations are included. We fix the estimate within 2-3 days after discovery, and if we exceed it through our fault, we finish at our own cost.
Can it invent a clause?
We build it to answer only with a quote from the document. The quote is checked against the original, and the lawyer opens the file in one click. If no such clause exists, it says nothing was found. The legal decision always stays with the lawyer.
How do you handle scans?
Scans go through OCR. If quality is poor, the document is flagged for manual review so it does not silently drop out of search. Where contracts live in an e-signature system, we take the text original directly.
How is confidentiality protected?
Contracts are processed on our servers or a server dedicated to you, and the model runs on our own vLLM. Role-based access, a full query log, ISO/IEC 27001:2022. We sign an NDA and a GDPR DPA before receiving documents.
How long does the project take?
Usually 6-10 weeks. We index one contract type first and check quality on questions from your lawyers. Then we add other types and the regulations.
